some e-mail messages are just fit to print. maybe you want to report a tough copy away for safekeeping, produce it as a receipt for a products return, talk to it as you undertake a project (such as cooking). whatever the purpose, printing a message in intention Mail and AOL Mail is easy.

To create a printed copy of an email message in AOL Mail:

• Open the message you want to print.
• Click File in the message's toolbar.
• Select Print from the menu.
• Complete the print dialog to print the message.
• Close the print view tab or window.

Tips:

If you don't want to print the entire page, highlight the section you want to print before continuing with step 2 above.

To choose printing options and preview the page or selection before printing, use the Print Setup and Print Preview features.
